Announcing Pickleball Eye App and Phone Holder – Now Available
Like life, there’s a lot demanding your time and attention on the pickleball court. You don’t have time to watch whether someone stepped into the kitchen – your eyes are on the ball. That’s what motivated us at Pickleball4D to develop the Pickleball Eye app and Pickleball Eye Phone Holder. Pickleball Eye watches the kitchen for you and alerts you when someone steps in, so you can make the right call on a volley. It also lets you look back in time with Rapid Replay, and with built-in video recording you can save and rewatch the moments that matter most.
Both the Pickleball Eye app and the Pickleball Eye Phone Holder are now available, and a new companion watch app, Pickleball Eye ScorePlus, is currently in testing.
WHAT IS THE PICKLEBALL EYE APP?
Pickleball Eye is a pickleball iPhone app designed to help you monitor play and capture important points without stopping the game.
1. The Kitchen Bell feature watches the non-volley zone (kitchen) and can alert you when a foot on or over the line. So when you see an opponent volley and hear the Kitchen Bell you make the call, “NVZ violation!”2. Rapid Replay records a rolling buffer of video so you can instantly rewind and review a close line call or a big rally.3. The app also works as a pickleball training tool, letting you study your positioning, footwork, and shot choices after the point is over.
The goal is simple: fewer arguments, clearer calls, and more time actually playing.
THE PICKLEBALL EYE PHONE HOLDER
To make the app setup ultra fast, your phone needs to be in the right spot every time. The Pickleball Eye Phone Holder is designed specifically for that.
It mounts near the net post so the camera has a clear view of the kitchen line and court. The holder is built to:
