No Collection or Storage of Personal Data

The Pickleball Eye app does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).

Under normal use, the app:

- Does not store your image or likeness

- Does not collect or transmit location data

- Does not track your behavior or usage patterns

All camera functions operate locally on your device, and no image or video data is saved or sent

without your explicit action.

Optional User-Submitted Troubleshooting Data

If you choose to submit an image to assist with a support request or bug report:

- The image will be anonymized before storage or transmission.

- Specifically, if the image contains the form of a person, the pixels representing that person will be

replaced with purple pixels to remove recognizable features and ensure privacy.

- These anonymized images are used only for internal debugging and are deleted after use.

- Submission of such data is entirely voluntary and never linked to your identity.

Third-Party Services

The Pickleball Eye app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising

networks.

Your usage remains entirely private and self-contained within the app.

Childrens Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children.
