Protecting Your Privacy: At Pickleball4D, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This software has been designed to respect your privacy rights:

• No Storage of Personal Data: The Software does not store your image, likeness, or location data through its camera functions under normal usage scenarios.

• Troubleshooting Data: Only if you choose to send in supporting information for troubleshooting purposes will any image be stored. In such cases anonymization is used so your image does not get saved or transferred.  Specifically, if the image includes the form of a person, the pixels making up the person will be replaced with purple pixels to obscure the likeness, ensuring privacy and anonymity.
